Captain Johauna Darkrider (ret.)

Born on Corellia, in Coronet City, this young, intelligent woman enlisted in the military, when she was 15 years old. Not willing to speak about her past, she was sent to military training and upon it’s completation, she’s sent to attend prestigious Coruscant Military Academy – a place, where future military officers gain first military experiences under their older peers.

Johauna graduated two years after, attaining the rank of Lieutenant. She was rather silent type, not talking about her personal life, yet, her dedication for duty was very well known. Her superiors saw a potential in her, so her Commanding Officer, Colonel Loth Nom suggested, that she should get a small squadron under her command.

Johauna got her own squadron and promotion to Captain shortly after she turned 18. Calling her squadron simply „The Blades“, she took various missions, leading them and fulfilling her duties. Despite her stubborness and rather rebellious nature, where she tended to follow orders given to her in her own way, mainly when there was great risk involved, she was considered a genius by her superiors.

Her squadron was well known among the military, and they became even more known, after they stopped an attempt on life of Galactic Alliance Senator. Johauna herself dealt with person responsible for organizing whole assassination attempt. That act of heroism got her a recognization from the government and she was presented with Galactic Alliance Commendation Medal.

She served for another year, when she suddenly decided to separate from the military. There were various rumors on that topic, her superiors tried to convince her to reconsider, her subordinates from her squadron as well. She left „The Blades“ in hands of her friend, Lieutenant Kirath Cloudmaker. Her resignation was accepted with regret, and soon after, Johauna Darkrider left Coruscant in ship, which was a gift from her superiors –YT-2400 class ship called Darkrider’s Heart, which was considered as a rarity.

Johauna Darkrider was one of the youngest officers, yet, she amazed many, both as a pilot and leader. There were rumours that she could predict things even before they happened, as well as many other, rather mystical things, some even claimed she was Force sensitive, but Johauna herself never commented on these rumours.

Her current status and location are unknown.
